F2227. A superb quality Grand Format "Mandoline Quattuor Expressive - Accord Parfait" musical box by Paillard, Vaucher Fils (PVF), number 11763, made in Ste. Croix c.1880. Six airs pinned on a massive cylinder 44cm (17?") x 8cm and listed on the original tune card. Approximately 164 teeth in four combs, the mandoline teeth in groups of up to seven.
